Delivery Timeline:

Currently, we keep stocks in our local warehouse to cover for the weekly projected demand for most popular items and thus will be able to deliver orders within 3-7 days across India. However, some top brands are often stocked with our brand partners outside India and thus the lead time may be 2-3 weeks for delivery for those orders.

Free Shipping:

Most of the merchandise listed on our website is available for FREE shipping unless the total value of transaction is less than Rs. 1000/-

However, we reserve the right to refuse FREE shipping in cases where weight of merchandize is more than what is allowed in the shipping category as offered by our carrier partners.

Insurance:

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Curations and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes:

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes as per Indian laws and no additional taxes are charged.

Exchange:

Except for intimates (underwear, socks etc) you can request exchanges within 7-days of receiving any order as long as merchandize is in saleable condition. However, you will be required to return it to our nearest warehouse address as suggested by our customer services team.

Cancellation before shipped:

If the order or the item (s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet then you can email our 24/7 support desk at Concierge@LuxeHues.com for immediate cancelation and refunds will be processed within 24-hours.

Cancellation after shipped:

If the order or the item (s) that you want to cancel have been shipped already then we cannot accept cancelation unless it is not received in proper packing / condition. In such an unfortunate situation when delivery partners have messed-up on any order then we offer refunds within 24-hours (please email our 24/7 support desk at Concierge@LuxeHues.com with shipment pics.
