How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your Order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, you would receive an email and SMS with a unique Order ID (eg. RH0123456789), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Upon shipping, another initimation would be sent across to you. Yes, the orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed.The goods have been returned. When will I get the refund?
It takes upto 3 days for us to receive the goods post which the refund is processed. Your bank may take 2-4 business days for net banking purchases and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card purchases to credit the refund amount to your account.My order status is showing as cancelled

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choiceI have received the wrong size / color

I have received a discount code from but it is not applying the discount
Only 1 voucher is applicable for each purchaseThe value of the voucher is more than the value of my purchase. Do I get a refund or credit for the balance amount?
The vouchers are single time use and no refunds or credits are applicable. Should you wish to use the full value of the voucher, kindly make a purchase for equivalent or higher amountI used a voucher for my purchase which has now been returned. What happens to the voucher?
The credit will show up on your account and would be available for use on your next purchase
