  • MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

  • Luxehues's Delivery Policy

    We understand the anticipation with which one awaits the purchases. Which is why, we are committed to deliver the products to you within the promised time.

    Below are the terms and conditions for delivery:

    • Shipping for all products is free / complimentary and there are no additional charges for custom duty/ taxes or freight unless otherwise specified.
    • Normally most of our products have shipping timeline of 5-7 business days and we ensure the products are shipped to you within the promised timelines, however, few precious items like gold/silver/diamond & Made to Order /Designer Products has a higher shipping timelines.
    • Customer will receive the expected delivery timelines in the order confirmation e-mail. However, any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed accordingly.
    • The delivery will be made on all dates/days except Sundays and Public Holidays.
    • In order to ensure delivery of your product, we will make 2 delivery attempts.
    • In case of undelivered attempt due to unavailability of customer on delivery address, our customer care team will contact you via email and call to reschedule the delivery.
    • In case of non-contact with customer, there will be maximum 2 delivery attempts within 72 hrs, after which the goods will be sent back to our distribution centre.
    • In case of failed delivery, due to customer refusal/Non-acceptance by the customer, the payment shall be refunded to customer on request, after deducting the freight charges, custom duty and applicable taxes + 2.5% on the total transaction.
    • After 2 failed delivery attempts any request from customer to deliver the product will be treated on chargeable basis as per applicable freight charges.

    We suggest, that before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, kindly refuse the delivery and inform Luxehues at the earliest.

  • Return & Replacement Policy

    We go to great lengths to ensure that you have a wonderful shopping experience at Luxehues.com. We hope you like what you have bought. However if you find that the product does not comply with specifications as per your original order or the product is damaged/defective, Please notify LuxeHues for the receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you, we will be happy to replace it, however, Luxehues shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order failing these timelines.     On registration of your complaint, a reverse pickup would be arranged. Kindly pack the goods along with all tags, accessories & original packaging.

    To facilitate a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

    1. Products should be unused.
    2. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled.
    3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
    4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the product/products during transit.
    5. The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by Luxehues in order to determine the authenticity of the complaint/ return. Refund or Replacement may take upto 7 business days from the receipt of goods at our warehouse.
    6. Images/Snapshot of the damaged/defective product to be shared with Luxehues’s customer care team.
    7. Returns request should be made by the customer within 48 hrs from delivery of goods.
    8. For any manufacturing defect or damage customer may have to visit nearest service center of respective brand. Our customer care team will assist you to find nearest service center.
    9. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Brand. If the product is out of stock, you will be refunded full amount.
    10. Made to order product/designers products are not covered under return policy.
    11. Fragile item like glass, perfume, lingerie’s are not covered under replacement policy.
    12. Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
    13. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

    For any/all product return or replacement requests, Luxehues reserves the right to accept or reject the requests for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Luxehues and accept the decision.

    Customer shall be eligible to receive a refund for the full amount on cancellation of an order due to these reasons -

    1. Product does not comply with specifications as per your original order and replacement of the product is not available.
    2. The product is damaged / defective, and replacement of the product is not available.
