However if you find that the product does not comply with specifications as per your original order or the product is damaged / defective we will be happy to replace it for you. On registration of your complaint, a reverse pickup would be arranged. Kindly pack the goods along with all tags, accessories & original packaging.
To facilitate a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:
- Please notify LuxeHues of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Luxehues shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
- Products should be unused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the product/products during transit;
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Luxehues in order to determine the authenticity of the complaint/ return. This may take upto 7 days from the receipt of goods at our Warehouse.
We suggest, that before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, kindly refuse the delivery and inform Luxehues at the earliest.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Brand. If the product is out of stock , you will be refunded full amount.
- If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and shoes delivered, you can request for an exchange in different size or colour. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Brand. If the product is out of stock , you will be refunded full amount.
- Returns request is made outside the time frame specified.
- Product are damaged due to use or product is not in the same condition as it was received.
- Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled.
- Made to order product-designers products.
- Missing items from the package.
- Fragile item like glass.
- Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
- Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
